Medical
GEO’s medical benefits are designed to provide you with the flexibility to choose a plan that will best suit your needs and the needs of your family. We offer a selection of Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Plans, two Cigna Preventive Plan Options and an additional Kaiser HMO plan in California and Colorado.

- You can take advantage of significant tax savings by participating in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). There are four types of FSAs available:
- Health Care FSA – Funds in a health care FSA can be used for qualified expenses including medical, dental and vision deductibles, co-payments and coinsurance.
- Dependent Care FSA – This account allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified dependent care expenses, allowing you and your spouse to work, look for work or attend school full time. Funds can be used to pay for day care, preschool, elderly care or other dependent care.
- For additional savings, GEO contributes $250 annually to your dependent care account if you contribute a minimum of $1,000 annually.
