Receptionist, Part Time TEMPORARY position 

Woodridge Interventions

Temporary Part-time position - evenings and weekends**

As a Receptionist, you will be the ambassador of Woodridge Intervention's first impressions on the guests and visitors. It will be your foremost responsibility to compassionately greet all incoming guests, visitors, and members, help them with directions, scheduling or any other appropriate information that they need while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. You will be required to professionally answer phone calls in a polite manner and offer assistance in any capacity that you can. Also, you will need to perform various front desk duties. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and experience (preferred) working in the healthcare field. You will be joining a team in the clinic involving variety of positions that will serve the patient population.

Located in DuPage County and tucked away on 11 acres of wooded landscape, Woodridge is a neighborhood oasis for individuals seeking respite and help in their struggles with addictions. We offer a continuum of substance abuse treatment services including residential, recovery home, and outpatient programming, as well as an array of special programs that enhance each patient’s treatment process.

 

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Demonstrates a commitment to begin training or enroll in an educational program in substance abuse, counseling, or other human services program.
    • Must maintain a valid driver’s license

Minimum Experience Required

    Is able to demonstrate through life experiences (work or volunteer experience in substance abuse field or other human services) for at least one year, the ability and desire to work well with those with substance abuse problems and/or corrections
