This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans in support of business growth and retention for GEO Care, and the enhancement of the Company’s reputation and market presence.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with marketing team to develop and execute on-going marketing plans and strategic marketing calendar.
  • Writes high-impact marketing copy to promote products/programs/services in customer-facing materials and outbound communications including print collateral, websites, emails, advertisements, news releases, blogs, social media, etc.
  • Develops, implements and maintains on-going marketing calendar to support business objectives.
  • Follows and analyzes market trends to position products, and maintains thorough knowledge of company products, programs, services, competitive landscape, and industry-related topics.
  • Creates content for digital platforms, tracks and reports results.
  • Collects, measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Implements programs that generate new, quality leads and analyses results.
  • Maintains strong relationships with business development team and is knowledgeable on the proposal development process and status.
  • Works closely with the creative services team on the design and production of marketing collateral.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field.
  • Four (4) years of marketing experience with progressive experience
  • Experience managing projects and timelines from planning through completion of a project.
  • Demonstrated understanding of multi-channel marketing, and how to effectively market via all channels (print, web, email, etc.), how to measure success, and implement tactics to improve the results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing automation preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple multi-faceted tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in close coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly creative with a demonstrated ability to think outside-the-box.
  • Demonstrated effective oral, written and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to create and implement processes to drive quality, speed and volume.


Working Conditions: Encountered on a regular basis as part of the work this job performs.

  • Typical office environment.
  • Must have clear vision at 20 inches or less and at 20 feet or more, the ability to identify and distinguish colors, and the ability to adjust focus in order to develop marketing collateral, presentations and internal and external web pages.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 10 pounds in order to move boxes of marketing collateral and set up marketing displays.
