Experience working with SOX, FedRamp and Security documentation a plus.


About the Role

Provides operational support for the Network & Systems Operations departments as needed. Specific focus will be supporting the creation and management of required documentation for Security related technical initiatives. Assists in ensuring policies and procedures are followed with strong cross departmental collaboration.


What You’ll be Doing

  • Monitors and regularly reports on FedRAMP and SOX compliance and status of quarterly and annual audits.
  • Compiles and maintains department policies, procedures, processes and controls. Conducts regular analyses of key department processes and controls and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Attends audit and security meetings, creates and disseminates meeting minutes.
  • Organizes audit requests, team members and provides timely responses to audit requests.
  • Provides operational support for the Network & Systems Operations staff as needed, follow-up on action items, and compiling and maintaining departmental metrics and status reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring to this Position

  • Computer Science/Information Technology Degree preferred or direct experience in IT, networking, and/or technical support.
  • Associate’s Degree in Business Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of experience supporting a technical department, including management of small projects and technical writing skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook applications.
  • Strong acumen for systems and technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize appropriately and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good project management and business analysis skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
  • Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
