The Intensive Supervision Appearance Program

Since 2004, BI Incorporated has supported the Department of Homeland Security to operate the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program, an alternative to detention program also known as ISAP. This program supports U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) with case management and supervision services for individuals in immigration proceedings. ISAP employs a comprehensive case management system and location monitoring systems to facilitate attendance at all immigration hearings and compliance with final court orders.
