Facility: BOULDER HEADQUARTERS -CORPORATE

Pay: $140,000 - $165,000 annually

Bonus (if applicable): 15% Eligibility Bonus

Summary

Provides leadership and directs all Customer Business Services, Payroll, Facilities, and Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions. Identifies areas for improvement and recommendations for increased functionality in all respective departments. Works with Senior Management to ensure we are maximizing overall financial performance.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages and directs order entry team, Customer Business Services, to ensure orders, return authorizations, and other duties are translating into accurately billed revenue.
  • Manages and directs the Payroll function to include oversight of payroll audits.
  • Manages and directs the Facilities team to ensure the BI Boulder Corporate Office is fully functional and providing support to all department’s facility needs.
  • Develops budgets for all respective departments and reviews monthly financial performance to ensure accountability in all areas.
  • Develops and coordinates metrics reporting to monitor and drive financial results, and guide future business decisions.
  • Ensures all Month-End Variance commentary and monthly departmental reviews of financial performance are completed and accurate.
  • Provides support to the entire organization by developing and managing plans for Enterprise Resource Planning controls and processes.
  • Ensures Auditing of all client contracts and order line audit to ensure client billing matches executed contracts are reviewed and correct.
  • Manages Fixed Asset budgets, tracking, and ensuring all annual audits and disposals are properly reported.
  • Works closely with Director, Finance (FP&A) and BI Controller to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance in all financial departments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of finance or accounting experience.
  • At least five (5) years management experience.
  • United States Citizenship required.
  • Must live in the US 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included).
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of electronic accounting systems and databases.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and develop effective relationships with senior level management, technical staff, support staff, vendors and customers.
  • Ability to translate financial metrics and analysis for to non-financial managers.
  • Must be able to work independently, while meeting internal schedules and deadlines.
