Hiring Residential Shift Supervisor at Abraxas Ohio, a residential treatment center designed specifically for adolescent male teens struggling with behavioral health, trauma, substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We help teens learn a healthy way to handle the daily challenges of their lives.

Residential Shift Supervisors are part of a multi-disciplinary team offering residential intervention that focuses on trauma informed care, targeted and individualized clinical services, and life skills. 

As a Residential Shift Supervisor you will:

• Supervise team members to offer adolescents a safe place to live, bring positive and progressive change to the kids' behavior and outlook.
• Play a vital role in the assessment and treatment of the teens in support of treatment plans, helping each teen to heal from the past and begin a hopeful future.
• Provide direct supervision of kids, as needed, and oversee day to day activities.

A Residential Shift Supervisor Requires:

• High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred
• At least two (2) years of experience working with children and families, preferably in the child welfare industry
