Summary:  

The Receptionist acts as the primary contact for callers and guests visiting the facility.  It is essential that they are greeted in the utmost professional manner so as to portray the professional atmosphere of the facility. This candidate needs to have the ability to handle a variety of simple, routine tasks. 

Essential Functions:

  • Greet all incoming visitors in the utmost professional manner.
  • Maintain calendars and daily visiting logs.
  • Operate telephone systems, route incoming calls and record and distribute messages.
  • Supports and promotes the Sanctuary Model and its commitments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma / GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of secretarial or clerical experience.
  • Successful completion of criminal background check, driver’s license check, and drug screening.
  • This candidate should have at least 1 year of secretarial or clerical experience or equivalent.
